I recently had the opportunity to demo the product to see firsthand if the firm could truly meet the demand of creating a truly one-stop system recruiters could use.

According to Loxo, it stands out as a leading force in recruitment technology, driven by a team of innovators and technologists who are reshaping the way hiring is done. By seamlessly integrating CRM and ATS functionalities, Loxo empowers recruiters to harness the full potential of their candidate data and transform the way they manage relationships throughout the hiring process.
During the demo, there were some key features I had on my checklist to evaluate. I was particularly interested in how the firm leveraged AI and machine learning in the platform. I noted some of the key features that really stood out to me.
- Massive Candidate Database: Loxo aggregates data from over 1.2 billion professionals sourced from hundreds of websites, including popular platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub. This extensive database ensures recruiters have access to a vast talent pool for their hiring needs.
- Integrated CRM: Loxo’s CRM functionality encompasses talent communities, pipeline management, and candidate relationship management. By consolidating these features into a single platform, Loxo eliminates the need for recruiters to switch between multiple sources, saving time and effort. (Major point of interest for me)
- Outreach and Automation: Loxo offers comprehensive outbound and nurture capabilities, enabling recruiters to execute targeted drip campaigns and email campaigns seamlessly. Recruiters can build relationships with potential candidates over time, even if they may not be ready to make a move immediately. The outreach features encompass email, Inmail, phone, and text, all compliant with GDPR regulations. Additionally, Loxo’s AI-powered system assists in crafting personalized messaging for efficient candidate engagement. And did I mention you can easily go from selecting qualified candidates from the sourcing portal and put them into jobs that creates an automated messaging campaign? 🤯

Streamlined Sourcing: Loxo’s sourcing database provides recruiters with powerful search capabilities, including a diversity option and security clearance filters. Recruiters can view comprehensive profiles from various channels, categorize candidates as Yes, No, or Maybe, and automate the shortlisting process. Loxo’s AI-driven sourcing further improves efficiency and accuracy.
Integrated Outreach Channels: Loxo centralizes candidate outreach by offering convenient functionalities for sourcing candidates directly from LinkedIn profiles, automating email campaigns, and providing AI-generated messaging sequences. Recruiters can efficiently engage with candidates using predefined templates or customize their communication for a personalized touch. One of the other mind blowing moments for me was realizing the system allows you to send a LinkedIn InMail right from the platform! Bonus: It can also create an automated drip campaign for LinkedIn Inmails. This is the first time I have seen this in a product!
The firm uses a per user, per month pricing strategy ranging from $170-$230 USD. This may seem expensive at first glance but stop and think about what you are spending for a sourcing platform(s), LinkedIn Recruiter and your ATS. Take the yearly costs and break it down to a per month, per user amount.
I did some “back of the napkin” estimations and was astonished to think of the savings available. While not totally accurate, mainly because you have to pay LinkedIn Recruiter for some of the basics, it’s still a sizable enough amount to make me pause and reconsider my strategy.
