Hiretual is one of my favorite tools and remains on my list of top recruiting tools every recruiter should have. Think of the platform as an AI powered sourcing tool combined with a light-weight CRM that also provides key market insights on your needed talent pools. One of the aspects of Hiretual I enjoy most is their commitment to continuous enhancements. Their recently added features are game-changers in my opinion. Let’s explore them.
Market Insights within the Job Pool
The platform has offered its powerful market insights for a while now but recently added the capability for recruiters to look at the insights specific for selected stages of the candidate process. For instance, let’s say you build a great search and identify qualified talent to move to the CRM portion of Hiretual. Let’s say I want to look specifically at the insights for those candidates in two stages of the process. With a simple click of a menu, I can select which candidate stages I would like to analyze and Boom-I have specific insights ready to review and export if needed.

Every organization has the ability to set up their project workflows to meet their needs. This added feature can provide additional support for recruiters who are receiving a lot of declinations from candidates. Perhaps compensation is one of the key drivers in why candidates are declining but of course, hiring managers rarely believe that is the case. This new feature allows you to analyze your declinations to review the market value of those in the pool to support your claim with data.
Another added feature I like within the market insights is to select and rearrange the data how you see fit. This helps you tailor the report for the audience you’re presenting to.
Diversity Reporting
The firm added diversity analytics a while back but recently provided the option to review these metrics by project, recruiter or recruiting group.

This level of insight allows recruiting leaders to coach recruiters while the search is being conducted. Most companies only have the ability to review diversity data once a candidate has been hired which limits the ability to impact the candidate funnel. Now, Hiretual allows recruiters and leadership to view their progress in real-time, providing the opportunity to give more opportunities to under-represented groups.
Scheduling Interviews with Outlook and Gmail Integrations
Connecting Outlook Calendar and Hiretual offers you an easy way to schedule meetings from your favorite sourcing and engagement platform. Not only can you share your availability directly in Hiretual, but you can also share the Hiring Team’s availability with a personal message and choose your pre-approved meeting types. The seamless integration between the two automates your interview scheduling process and ensures a smooth candidate experience from the very first interaction.
Within the tool, recruiters will be able to add a calendar link, specifying time lengths for the meeting:

If your hiring managers are on the platform, you can also share their availability to make scheduling interviews seamless.

This is a brand new feature and I can’t wait to try it!
I admit it, I’m a huge fan of Hiretual. Their product has become one of my “go-to” tools when beginning a search and finding ways to coach the recruiters to become better. These are just three of the new features recently added but I encourage you to explore Hiretual further if you are in the market for an all-in-one solution to include Sourcing, Market Insights and a talent CRM.

About me
and Sprint Recruiting

I joined the HR industry in 2004 after working as a sales leader in the Financial Services Industry for eight years. After spending his first couple of years in HR trying to fit in, I found my voice. Now I leverage all of the things I once hated about HR to become a consultant and invaluable partner to the businesses I support. I contribute to the HRGazzette and to DataDrivenInvestor on Medium. WARNING: my writing style is raw and in your face, not what you would expect from an HR executive.
